Welcome to the official Saucony website. The following Terms of Service (also referred to as "Terms of Sale") govern all purchases of Saucony-branded products made by you through the official Saucony website (hereinafter referred to as "this Website"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this Website and submitting an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
I. General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Application: These Terms of Service apply to all of your access to and use of the official Saucony website (specifically, the Slovak regional version of www.saucony.com and related mobile applications), including, but not limited to, browsing products, registering as a member, submitting orders, purchasing products, and participating in any promotional activities.
1.2 Modification of Terms: Saucony reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on this Website and will indicate the latest update date. Your continued use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. For orders already submitted, the Terms in effect at the time of submission shall apply.
1.3 Regional Restrictions: Products sold on this Website are offered for sale and delivery exclusively to consumers located within Slovakia; the specific delivery coverage area is subject to the details displayed on the checkout page. We do not accept orders with shipping addresses located outside of Slovakia.
1.4 End-User Restrictions: This Website sells products exclusively to end-user consumers. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem to be intended for resale or commercial export.
1.5 Other Applicable Terms: In addition to these Terms of Service, your use of this Website is also governed by Saucony’s Terms of Use. Purchases of products are also subject to our Return and Exchange Policy and our Shipping Policy.

1.7 Contract Language: These Terms of Service are published in both Slovak and English versions. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Slovak version shall prevail in order to comply with the requirements of Slovak consumer protection regulations.
II. Formation of Contract
2.1 **Formation of Contract**: The product information displayed on this website (including prices, descriptions, stock availability, etc.) does not constitute a binding offer by Saucony, but rather an invitation for you to submit a purchase offer. When you select items on the website, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and click the "Confirm Order" button (or a button with a similar function) to submit your order, you are deemed to have submitted a binding purchase offer to Saucony.
2.2 **Order Confirmation**: After you submit an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order (the "Order Receipt Confirmation"). This email serves solely to acknowledge receipt of your order and **does not constitute the formation of a purchase contract**. A purchase contract is deemed formed only when you receive a separate email from us confirming the shipment of the goods.
2.3 **Order Refusal and Cancellation**: Saucony reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for the following reasons, and will notify you promptly:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable;
- There are obvious errors in pricing or product descriptions;
- We reasonably suspect that the order involves fraudulent activity or violates these Terms;
- You do not meet the eligibility requirements for purchase (e.g., you are under 18 years of age, are not a resident of Slovakia, etc.);
- Other reasons based on reasonable commercial judgment.
For any refused or cancelled orders, we will issue a full refund for any payments you have already made, free of any charges.
2.4 **Eligibility for Purchase**: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. By submitting an order, you confirm that: (a) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you are a resident of Slovakia; and (d) you are accessing and using this website from within Slovakia.
2.5 **Order Modification and Cancellation**: Once an order has been submitted, we immediately begin processing it to ensure the quickest possible shipment. **Therefore, orders typically cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.** If you require assistance, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
## 3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 **Pricing**: All product prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Slovakia (currently at a rate of 20%, subject to the applicable rate prescribed by law). Saucony reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, price adjustments will not affect orders you have already submitted and confirmed.
3.2 **Payment Methods**: We accept payments made via the methods designated on this website, including but not limited to credit cards (MasterCard, VISA/Delta, Switch/UK Maestro, American Express, etc.), debit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods. All payment information is transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection.
3.3 **Payment Authorization**: We will only confirm your order after receiving payment authorization or confirmation. Payment must be completed at the time of order submission. Once payment is successfully processed, the order will proceed to the processing and shipping stages.
3.4 **Pricing Errors**: In the event of an obvious pricing error for a product (e.g., a price that is significantly lower than the standard retail price), Saucony is under no obligation to supply the product at that erroneous price. In such cases, we will notify you of the error and offer you the following options: (a) proceed with the purchase at the correct price; or (b) cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3.5 **Taxes and Duties**: As this website is intended exclusively for consumers within Slovakia, all orders include the applicable Slovak VAT. No additional import duties are required. If shipping to a location outside of Slovakia, any applicable duties and taxes shall be borne by you (if any).
## 4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 **Shipping Area**: Products are shipped only to valid addresses within Slovakia. Delivery services may not be available for certain remote areas (such as specific islands or addresses not serviced by courier networks); availability will be indicated on the checkout page. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. 4.2 **Shipping Options and Fees**: Saucony offers the following shipping options to consumers in Slovakia:

4.3 **Order Processing Time**: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 — 2 business days after successful payment. Processing times may be extended during peak promotional periods or around public holidays.
4.4 **Delivery Time Disclaimer**: Delivery times are estimated values; Saucony assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. In the event of a delay, we will make every effort to notify you via email.
4.5 **Package Tracking**: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the real-time delivery status of your package via the carrier's official website or the Saucony Order Tracking page.
4.6 **Receipt Requirements**: We recommend that you inspect the external packaging of your shipment upon receipt to ensure it is intact. If the external packaging shows signs of significant damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package on the spot and immediately contact our Customer Service team.
4.7 **Split Shipments**: If items within a single order are shipped in multiple packages, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails; each package constitutes a separate and independent purchase contract.
## V. Right of Withdrawal (No-Reason Returns)
5.1 **Statutory Right of Withdrawal**: In accordance with Slovak consumer protection regulations (Act No. 102/2014 Coll. and Act No. 108/2024 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract unconditionally within **14 days** from the date you receive the goods, without needing to provide any reason. The 30-day return period stipulated under these terms extends beyond the statutory withdrawal period, providing you with ample time; however, it does not supersede or diminish your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer.
5.2 **Calculation of the Withdrawal Period:**
- **Single item delivered in one shipment:** Calculated from the day you (or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier) physically receive the item.
- **Multiple items delivered in one shipment:** Calculated from the day you receive the last item.
- **Items delivered in multiple shipments:** Calculated from the day you receive the last item of the final shipment.
- **Items delivered on a regular basis:** Calculated from the day you receive the first batch of items.
5.3 **Method of Withdrawal:** You may exercise your right of withdrawal using any of the following methods:
- **Online Submission:** Submit a withdrawal request via our online returns portal;
- **Written Notification:** Send an email to customerservice.europe@saucony.com;
- **Use of Withdrawal Form:** Use the withdrawal form template provided on this website (available upon contacting Customer Service).
5.4 **Compliance with the Withdrawal Period:** The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the withdrawal notification before the final day of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. We recommend that you retain proof of dispatch for the notification.
5.5 **Return Obligations:** Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the items to the return warehouse address designated by Saucony within **14 days**. This 14-day period is calculated from the day you dispatch the withdrawal notification. Returns must be shipped using the carrier and return method designated by Saucony.
5.6 **Return Costs:** In accordance with Slovak consumer protection regulations, return costs are typically borne by the consumer. Saucony offers a free return service to consumers in Slovakia (via designated partner carriers); however, if you do not utilize the free return label provided by Saucony, any resulting additional costs shall be borne solely by you.
5.7 **Condition of Returned Items:** Returned items must remain in their original condition—unworn, unused, undamaged, and free of odors—and must include all original packaging (including shoe boxes), tags, and accessories. You have the right to inspect and try on the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality; however, should any improper handling beyond this scope result in a diminution of the goods' value, Saucony reserves the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
5.8 **Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal**: Pursuant to Section 7, Paragraph 6 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Goods that have been customized to your specific personal requirements or personalized according to your choices;
- Goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose sealed packaging has been opened (e.g., socks, compression sportswear, face masks, etc.);
- Sealed audio-visual recordings or software where the sealed packaging has been opened;
- Digital content that has been unsealed (e.g., downloadable fitness courses, etc.), provided that, at the time of purchase, you expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you would thereby forfeit your right of withdrawal.
## VI. Return and Exchange Policy (30-Day Voluntary Returns)
6.1 **Voluntary Return Right**: In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Saucony offers consumers in Slovakia a more favorable voluntary return policy. You have the right to request a return within **30 days** from the date you receive the goods, without needing to provide a reason.
6.2 **Conditions for Returned Goods**: Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- They must not have been worn or used (with the exception of necessary inspection to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods);
- They must be free of damage, stains, or odors;
- They must retain all original packaging (including the original shoe box or garment bag), as well as all original tags and accessories. 6.3 **Return Process**:
- Submit a return request via the Saucony Returns Portal by entering your Order Number and the billing address postal code;
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return;
- Select your preferred return method (either print a return label or use a QR code to complete the return at a designated carrier drop-off point);
- Package the item(s) securely (the original shoe box must be placed inside an outer shipping box) and affix the return label;
- Drop off the package at a designated return carrier location and retain the proof of postage (receipt).
6.4 **Return Fees**: Saucony offers **free returns** to consumers in Slovakia (via designated partner carriers).
6.5 **Gift Cards and Clearance Items**: Gift cards, as well as clearance items marked as "Final Sale" or explicitly designated as "Non-returnable," are not eligible for return or refund.
6.6 **Exchanges**: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may select the "Exchange" option on the return request page. Due to the dynamic nature of inventory levels, we recommend that you simply return the original item and place a new order for your desired style and size to ensure a successful exchange.
6.7 **Original Shipping Fees**: Original shipping charges incurred on the order are non-refundable, unless you are withdrawing from the entire contract (returning all items in the order) and you selected the most economical shipping method offered by us.
